Payroll
Your employees’ payroll in To Bill: from the employee’s record to the year-end salary certificate, at the year’s official Swiss rates. Do you run the payroll in other software? You can also book its journal every month.
To Bill is not Swissdec-certified
To Bill calculates the payroll and prepares the figures, but sends nothing to the funds or the authorities: you still file the returns yourself.
- Turn on payroll Turn on the Payroll module, set it up in three steps, and know what it does and does not do.
- Add and manage your employees Add an employee with their OASI (AHV) number, salary, tax at source and family allowances, then keep their record up to date.
- Enter your social insurance Copy the rates from your contracts (OASI fund, family allowances, accident insurance, daily sickness allowance, occupational pension), version by version, so that the payroll applies them.
- The year’s official rates The statutory figures To Bill applies to the payroll, how they arrive each year, their sources, and what happens before next year’s rates are published.
- Run the month’s payroll Compute the month, enter the hours and the month’s variables, fix the blocking points, then finalise the payroll.
- Payslips View each employee’s payslip, download it as a PDF in their language and hand it over to them.
- Pay the salaries with a payment file Create the pain.001 file for the month’s salaries and upload it to your e-banking, as a single confidential payment.
- Salary certificates and year-end statements Issue each employee’s salary certificate (Form 11) and prepare the funds’ annual statements.
- When an employee leaves Save the exit, settle the final pay, follow the notices to the insurers, issue the employee’s documents, then finish the exit.
- Book the salaries from other payroll software Import the payroll journal from your payroll software every month, checked and then booked as a single entry.
- The payroll access log See who viewed OASI numbers and IBANs, downloaded a payslip, a certificate or a payment file, and when.
